Hi, I’m Charlotte

 

I’m a holistic health coach, counsellor (talk therapist), and Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher.

 

I support women who are serious about upgrading their well-being and health so that they can enjoy their body, find mental balance, and simply enjoy life more.

 

Lasting transformation is found by addressing all parts of you: body, mind, and soul. Read more here about what this means in practical terms.

 

Puzzled about the “soul” part? This refers to getting to know yourself better, and getting you out of habits and patterns that don’t serve you to be the best version of yourself.

Holistic counselling (talk therapy) can help you for instance to go through a challenging period in your life, deal with a difficult relationship, manage emotional upset, guide you in important decisions, finding a renewed sense of purpose and direction. It sheds light on your blind spots in order to get you out of patterns that keep you stuck. I have also often helped parents get a better sense of who their child is, gifts and challenges, and how best to support it in its development of its potential.


I offer holistic holistic counselling in the Gryon/Villars area in Switzerland, as well as online (Zoom).


Also, in health coaching sessions, it is often useful in order to break through barriers to wellbeing and health to examine and talk through that barrier through the holistic counselling method.

My holistic health coaching is 100 percent tailored to you, based on your unique body and mind type, your lifestyle, your health history and your goals. Together we will set up enjoyable and to-the-point action steps for you to take, relating to food, movement, stress-management, and relaxation/sleep, in order to upgrade your wellbeing and health. In these fields, you will learn what works for you and what doesn’t, for you to become your own health coach.

Also, diet and lifestyle techniques can be helpful in furthering the aims of the client in holistic counselling.


And my yoga classes have a strong food and lifestyle component.

Kundalini yoga and meditation includes physical exercises, meditation, breathing exercises, mantra, diet and lifestyle advice. It is called “the manual to the human body”, and is a toolbox of techniques to balance body, mind, and soul.


This ancient form of yoga has a strong focus on building a strong nervous system, which helps tremendously to prevent/combat the stress, anxiety, fear, etc. that we all experience at some point in life. Another focus point is hormonal balance, so relevant for women.


I offer (private) classes, in the Gryon/Villars area in Switzerland, as well as online (Zoom).


Also, I use Kundalini Yoga and meditation techniques in my health coaching and holistic counselling sessions to support the client in reaching their goals.
