Whenever we cannot meet in person at the Maria School, the class will take place online.
Free trial class for newcomers. Drop-in 15 euro.
10 classes in a row 100 euro. NB: non-extendable.
If you step in during a running 10-time period, you pay for the remainder of the period.
By taking this subsctiption you are secured a spot in the class and don't have to register each time.

Children welcome for free.

Cancellation in case of bad weather by 8 o’clock on the day of class, in the Facebook event.
BREATHWALK - from the Kundalini Yoga tradition
Open to all.
Combine the benefits of fresh air and movement with meditation.
Reduce stress and tension.
Boost your mood and mental clarity.
Increase your energy levels and sense of vitality.
In a Breathwalk you synchronise your steps with conscious breathing, mudra (hand movements) and mantra.
We start with a few centering exercises and finish with a meditative round-off exercise.
Once you’ve learnt and integrated the technique, you can apply it on your walks whenever you feel like it.
If you would like to try a Breathwalk, contact me to schedule a time. Count about an hour.
Place: In Tervuren Park or other nice places to walk.
