Kundalini Yoga heals and recharges the body thanks to (dynamic) exercises, breathing techniques,mantras, meditation and relaxation.

Kundalini yoga is for people living an active life -it aims at building a strong and sensitive you - so youcan enjoy being YOU.

BREATHWALK - upon request


Combine the benefits of fresh air and movement with meditation. From the Kundalini Yoga tradition.

Reduce stress and tension. Boost your mood and mental clarity. Increase your energy levels and sense of vitality.


In a Breathwalk you synchronise your steps with conscious breathing, mudra (hand movements) and mantra.

We start with a few centering exercises and finish with a meditative round-off exercise.

Once you’ve learnt and integrated the technique, you can apply it on your walks whenever you feel like it.


Open to all. Can be done individually or in group. You should count about an hour.

The Yoga Workout started in the spring of 2020 and went on, live, every Monday to Friday morning, until my move from Tervuren to Gryon in December 2023.

The live classes are currently on hold. The onlineYoga Workout may come back in one form or another.
